MODULE 1: DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
A 7-week intensive that meets Friday evenings,,Saturday & Sunday afternoons
MODULE 2: THE SEAT OF THE TEACHER
A 4-week intensive is for all those wishing to continue on and receive the *Rising Lotus Yoga 200 Hour Teaching Certification in adherence to the Yoga Alliance Standards.
*Additional hours required to complete the full 200 hour program which include submitting practice teaching sessions
(Module 1 is a pre-requisite)
